MegaMind Plus Academy (“MMP”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through mmp.ac, why we collect it and how we protect it.
1. Data we collect
- Information you give us — your name, email address and message when you use the contact form, and your email address and chosen topics when you subscribe to updates.
- Anonymous usage statistics — the pages you view, approximate reading time, language, device type and the website that referred you. Visitors are counted with a daily-changing, irreversible code; we do not store your IP address with these statistics and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- Technical logs — our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security purposes.
2. How we use your data
- To answer your enquiries and provide the services you request.
- To send you updates you have explicitly subscribed to (double opt-in). Every email contains an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which content is useful and to improve the website.
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.
3. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Data is shared only with service providers that host or operate the website on our behalf, or when required by law. Embedded videos are provided by YouTube; a video loads only after you click it, and YouTube’s own privacy policy then applies.
4. Retention
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request. Subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe. Usage statistics are kept in anonymous form.
5. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to the email address on our Contact page.
6. Security
The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted administrator access, and activity logging to protect your information.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
